Holiday Cake

Today mommy created a cake. Tomorrow the girls will be decorating cookies. Holiday season started in our house! :)

Yumm looks delicious. What type of cake is it

@jamesy: It is yummy! ;) I made it from scratch. One layer is with whipping cream, melted chocolate and cake crumbs and the other with whipping cream, crumbs and coconut. Not too sweet and very light with a touch of Cointreau... lets not talk about the calories though! (grin)
